The Allied taking of the Bridge at Remagen was the breach where all of Axis command lost hope. I knew players fighting for this Bridge was going to be painful. But, shying away from difficulty is not part of Hell Let Loose’s paradigm. The creation of this level felt like making a combination of St Marie du Mont and Hill 400. It has very flat parts where I made use of a lot of field stone walls and it has steep forested slopes. Was my first level where I got to create the tactical map also. I am super excited to have included this level as this battle isn’t commonly featured in multiplayer shooters. A foggy night version was created that cut the view distance down which improved game play.
